If you can no longer find one or more of your purchases you’ve made you can easily recover them in seconds by using our powerful lookup tool. All you need is your Order ID and the E-Mail address you used to purchase the goods in the past. If you cannot remember your Order ID you can also request it using your E-Mail address only. Please note that we’re not able to send product recoveries to another E-Mail address than the one you used during checkout.

After you’ve recovered your missed purchases we suggest you to create a backup of it. You’re allowed to store a single duplicate of every product you’ve bought on your local hard drive disc, on an external USB storage system or on a cloud based backup system such like Dropbox.
